UCEED Counselling & Seat Allotment
Clearing UCEED and getting a rank is just the beginning. The actual admission happens through a separate application and counselling process.
The Admission Process
- B.Des Application: After results, you must fill a separate application form for B.Des admission at participating institutes (typically March 2027).
- Choice Filling: Select your preferred institutes and categories.
- Seat Allotment: IIT Bombay conducts multiple rounds of seat allotment based on your rank, category, and preferences.
- Seat Acceptance: If allotted a seat, pay the acceptance fee and confirm.
- Document Verification: Upload/verify original documents.
- Final Admission: Pay the remaining fees and join the institute.
